With 28 years of experience as a personal trainer, specialising in Pilates-based training, I offer far more than just a workout. You’ll get coaching throughout every session, support with nutrition, simple recipes to fuel your body, expert advice, and the accountability you need to stay on track. Every session is tailored to your goals, your body, and your lifestyle.

My Method

I believe in training smart, especially for women over 40. As our bodies change, so should the way we move. My method combines strength training and Pilates-based movement to support hormonal balance, bone health, posture, and overall vitality. We’ll begin with an initial consultation to discuss your goals, health history, lifestyle and energy levels – then we’ll create a personalised plan that works for you, not against you.
